Will this filter fit my existing machine?
Yes. The flexible PU rubber top is designed to adjust to different hole thicknesses (about 5mm). It is a standard size that can easily replace traditional filter bags in most dust collection systems.
Can I really wash and reuse these cartridges?
Absolutely. Unlike thin bags that tear easily, the strong polyester material and metal frame allow you to wash and reuse the filter multiple times. This helps you save money and reduces waste.
What if my dust is oily or very wet?
We offer a special "Teflon" surface treatment. This makes the filter oil and water-resistant, so sticky or wet dirt won`t clog the cloth and will fall off easily during cleaning.
How does this perform in high heat?
The cartridge works perfectly at a continuous temperature of 110°C and can handle short spikes up to 120°C. It stays strong and keeps its shape without melting or leaking.
Is it difficult to install these long filters?
Not at all. Because of the soft rubber end and our quick-clamp design, you can pull out the old filter and snap in the new one in seconds without using any specialized tools.
